Booking Policy
We kindly ask all clients to review our real-time schedule online before their visit to ensure there are no changes to your attendant’s working hours. If you notice any discrepancies, please contact the spa for clarification prior to your arrival.
If you anticipate being late, please inform us in advance to avoid any disruptions. Appointments may be forfeited if we do not receive notice within 5 minutes of the scheduled start time. Should you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the duration of your appointment may be adjusted. Additionally, please be aware that waiting times could be up to 1 hour, depending on availability.
