Booking Policy

We are pleased to assist you in booking an appointment with us. To ensure a smooth booking experience, all guests are required to sign up and create an account. If you experience any difficulties, our spa managers are available to assist you.

Before your visit, please check our real-time schedule online to stay informed about any changes to your attendant’s working hours. If you notice any discrepancies, please contact the spa for clarification prior to your arrival.

To respect our team’s time and ensure availability for all guests, we kindly request at least 4 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations. A $100 late cancellation fee will apply on your next visit or before scheduling another appointment. No-show appointments will incur a $200 fee, which must be settled before making a new booking.

If you anticipate being late, please notify us in advance. Appointments will be forfeited if we do not receive notice within 5 minutes of the scheduled start time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to adjust the duration of your appointment. Additionally, please note that waiting times may be up to 1 hour, depending on availability.
